Delete Account

You can delete your Bemis account and data at any time. You can start deletion in two ways.

Delete from the app

Steps:

  • Open Bemis and sign in to your account
  • Go to the Profile section
  • Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing from your account email address to [email protected]. We process the request after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed:

  • Your account and profile details
  • Your saved vehicle and address details
  • Device connection records tied to your account

Data we keep

We may need to keep some information, such as charging session and transaction records, for a period as required by law and for hardware operation. These records may be kept without being linked to your identity.
