Using the app requires an account created with email and phone verification. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your account secure.

Bemis is the control interface for Bemis charging hardware you own or are authorized to use. The app has no subscription, credits or in-app purchases. Energy pricing and billing run outside the app, through the hardware and backend.

Only start charging on stations you are authorized to use and follow the hardware manufacturer's instructions. You may not use the app for illegal purposes, to access someone else's station without permission or in a way that damages the hardware.

Charging control depends on Bluetooth connectivity, internet access, backend services and the station's own state. Interruptions in any of these can temporarily affect control.

Bemis is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from hardware failure, network interruption or incorrect use. Safe installation and maintenance of the hardware are the responsibility of the relevant manufacturer and authorized service.
